ARC Customers Have a Great Weekend at the Nitro Champs!

May 06

ARC customers had an extremely successful weekends racing at the just completed Nitro Champs.
Peter Blake had his first ever victory in Top Doorslammer and ran a PB of 6.208 in the Sainty powered Statesman owned by his father, long time campaigner, Robert Broadbent. Those who know the history of this car (built by ARC in 1995), can only admire Roberts' perseverance with his sometimes troublesome combination. It is good to see Peter and him getting reward for effort.
Also tasting success after a long drought, was Paul Foley wining Super Sedan over a tough 80+ field in his homebuilt Datsun 260Z. Paul is one of many racers who uses ARC services for all the things that can't be done at home.
The modified final featured 2 ARC customers; the winner, Tim Nielson built his car using ARC supplied 4130N tubing and parts, whilst the runner up, Greg Smith has an ARC 4130N cage and ARC moly ladder bars with ARC supplied 'Strange' single adjustable shocks.
