Equipment Updates 1

In the past fortnight our much anticipated new JD2 bender arrived. Whilst still a manual machine (which I prefer for the sort of work we do), the new machine will increase productivity by bringing accurate repeatability back to our tube bending processes. The old bender was 15 years old and had done so much work that it had become inconsistent due to wear in vital areas. We have also added a couple of new dies to increase the range of tube sizes that we can bend.
