Paul Bourchdan runs new PB

Jan 31

At last Fridays Ford v Holden meet, drag racing newcomer Paul Bourchdan ran a PB 9.334 @ 142mph with a 1.301 short time in his 2750lb Hercules Engines powered LJ Torana. ARC was contracted in the week prior to the test and tune for this meeting, to prepare new 4 link arms that would allow the use of better IC's than those that were currently available using the old arms, to scale the car and to build a more robust anti-rollbar. The results were instant with the car improving on previous bests of 9.60 @ 138mph.
