Rob's car is the 4th member of the Reynolds tube brigade, although it was the first one started. The body and original chassis were owned by Nick Weekes who teamed up with Brian Edwards of Eastern Creek Performance fame. It was deemed that the original chassis was not up to scratch for the intended use. ARC was contracted to design the chassis (manual design at this stage-no CAD)which was subsequently assembled to about 80% complete by Brian and welded together by Mick West of Micks' Metal Craft fame. ARC was contracted to finsh the chassis and mount the struts, steering etc in late 1994. Mario Theuma from Pro Modifications finished the car for subsequent owners and Fabietti Racing Engines provided the grunt. Effortless 8.60 second passes at the recent Ford V Holden day in Jan 2006 signal big things for this, again long term project
